NoDa 5K thrives not only due to its participants but also because of the dedication and support of volunteers who contribute to this incredible community event. Be a part of the excitement on race day!
By joining the NoDa 5K volunteer team, you'll help runners, spectators, and staff in various areas such as the start and finish lines, sustainability efforts, course monitoring, and water stations. Most importantly, your energy and enthusiasm will inspire the runners to reach the finish line!
As a token of our appreciation, all volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and one free drink from our amazing title sponsor, NoDa Brewing.
NoDa Needs
There's a lot of parts on race day and we know we can use you to help us make it a successful day. Check out the roles and fill out which is best for you after registering. You rock!
Packet Pickup - Help us sling shirts, hand out bibs, and get the runners pumped about the day!
Course Monitors - You'll help maintain smaller intersections like business entrances and parking lot exits. Throw out a high five or two along the way!
Water Stop - The quickest, most essential role on race day. Set it up, hand 'em out, keep the runners on their way!
Parking Support - It's NoDa - it's tight. Let's help get cars where they need to go and then direct them to the start/finish line.
Green Team - These are our people. Help us educate runners where their waste goes right beside Crowntown Compost.
